This massage workshop is a customized class to learn basics massage. Part of it?s like getting a 4 hands massage with instruction how to give a better massage. Learn how to recognize and approach tight or sore muscles for relaxation and pain reduction. You will work on the basics of a relaxing massage for couples to practice at home. We will cover "dos and don'ts," as well as how to relieve tension in back, neck, shoulders, and feet.
